San Lorenzo Fireworks

The San Lorenzo Fireworks, declared a Festival of Tourist Interest of the Canary Islands, bring thousands of people together in the San Lorenzo neighbourhood in the early hours of 9 to 10 August to enjoy a spectacular display of light, colour and sound: the Great Fireworks Display and the Volcano of Firecrackers.

Set in a rural environment with wide natural spaces, this community was an independent municipality until 1939. Today, it continues to preserve its strong identity and traditions.
