The Handicraft and Culture Market of Vegueta offers every Sunday typical products made by Canarian craftsmen, along with local fruit and vegetables. The market is entertained with attractions for children.

The artisans belong to the FEDAC (Foundation of Ethnography and Development of Canary Craftmanship). 

On March 2014, the FEDAC was given the National Craftmanship Award by the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism of Spain.
