This is the motto of La Azotea de Benito ("Benito's Roof"), the first Cocktail Bar in the Canaries. They are located at the roof of a building and present a philosophy of developing the bartender into a bar-chef, implementing the most modern techniques and trends.

La Azotea de Benito has become a fashion place in the city, plartly because of its style, partly because of the national awards they have been given.
