The activity of scuba-diving and snorkelling is very popular in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. There are numerous centres where to rent equipment, get a guided tour to the best underwater spots of the city's coastline or to do you first dive in a safe environment with highly qualified professional divers.

To know more, the organisation Oceanográfica and the City Council have liberalised the rights of use of the diving maps of the city. Due to the nature of these spots, and the water conditions of the areas they are located we highly recommend to contact any of the professional centres to get assistance and guidance to the spots.
