Among the buildings designed by architect Ponce de León in Triana, there is the current site of the Centro de Iniciativas Culturales de La Caja de Canarias (La Caja de Canarias Centre for Cultural Initiatives) since 1990.
It is a two-storey building from the mid-nineteenth century, a work by architect Ponce de León, which served twice as a hotel in the twentieth century.
The building is a modern cultural centre, equipped with the latest technologies to home exhibitions, scenic arts, conferences and professional meetings.
